Day 7–14
Licensed engineers develop structural drawings, load calculations, drainage plans, and grading specifications. Retaining walls, elevated patios, and complex sites get full engineering documentation.

Day 10–21+
We handle all permit applications and HOA submissions. You receive a fixed-price written proposal with every line item detailed. Once approved, Level Up Quality Construction LLC executes the build with the $250/day on-time guarantee in writing.
