Walk the space you want transformed
Note any slopes, drainage issues, or areas that get too much sun or shade. Victor will ask about this during the visit.
Save 3–5 inspiration photos
Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram — even rough ideas help Victor understand your style. Materials, colors, layouts all matter.
Know your rough dimensions
You don’t need exact measurements. An approximate size like “about 20x30” or “from the door to the fence” is plenty for a ballpark.
Have a budget range in mind
Knowing whether you’re thinking $15k, $30k, or $60k+ helps Victor design the right solution — not too big, not too small.
Write down your top 3 questions
Timeline? Materials? Permits? Payment plans? Write them so nothing gets forgotten on the visit. Victor answers everything.
