Victor (P&L Outdoor Solutions LLC) coordinates daily and keeps you updated. Grover leads the Level Up Quality Construction LLC crew on your property every single day of the build — not a foreman, not a crew lead. An owner. Fully accountable for every decision.
This is the biggest difference between us and a large landscaping company. When an owner is on site, the standard of work is completely different. Two companies, one unified team.
Completion day
Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
Victor walks the entire project with you. You inspect every detail. If anything isn't right, we fix it before you sign off. You don't pay the final balance until you're satisfied.
We don't disappear after the last stone is laid. The final walkthrough is your chance to point out anything that needs attention — and we address it on the spot.
Post-completion
2-Year Workmanship Warranty Begins
Your 2-year workmanship warranty starts the day you sign off. Any defect in our work — settling, cracking, drainage issues caused by our installation — we come back and fix it. No charge.
