Certified Hardscape Contractor

We are a certified Unilock contractor with access to their full paver and wall product catalog. On Unilock projects, we source materials through their authorized distribution channels and follow their installation guidelines. This ensures proper base preparation and laying patterns, which is required for Unilock to honor their product warranty. Frequently specified lines include Beacon Hill Flagstone, Richcliff, and Umbriano.

Authorized Paver & Wall Installer

We are an authorized Techo-Bloc installer with access to their Blu 80, Inca, and Villagio paver and wall collections. We order Techo-Bloc products on a per-project basis through their distribution network and install them according to their technical specifications. This authorization allows us to offer Techo-Bloc's manufacturer warranty on qualifying installations.

Composite Decking & Railing Partner

We source Trex composite decking and aluminum railing products for deck projects throughout Loudoun County and the Shenandoah Valley. We have access to the full Trex portfolio including Transcend Lineage, Select, and Signature railings. Every Trex deck we build is installed per manufacturer guidelines and carries Trex's standard fade and stain warranty.

Capped Composite Decking Partner

We work with TimberTech's AZEK and PRO composite decking lines for homeowners who want capped polymer or composite deck surfaces. TimberTech products are specified on a project-by-project basis and installed according to their fastening and framing requirements to maintain warranty coverage.

Sustainable Composite Decking

We specify Fiberon composite decking for homeowners who want products with high recycled material content. Fiberon's Good Life and Sanctuary lines are available for our deck installations. We order Fiberon products directly for each project and install them per manufacturer specifications.

Regional Stone Sourcing

We source Pennsylvania bluestone, Virginia fieldstone, and Tennessee crab orchard flagstone from regional quarries and wholesale stone suppliers for natural stone projects. Direct relationships with stone yards allow us to hand-select material lots for color consistency and control lead times on custom hardscape installations.

ArmorTec Paver Installer

We are an authorized Cambridge installer with access to their ArmorTec paver and wall system product lines. Cambridge products are manufactured in the USA and available for our hardscape projects. We source materials through Cambridge's distribution network and install per their guidelines to maintain warranty eligibility.

Virginia DPOR — Level Up Quality Construction LLC

Our Class A contractor license is held under Level Up Quality Construction LLC. This classification allows us to perform any construction work in Virginia with no project value limit. It is the highest contractor classification available in the Commonwealth.
