The Challenge
Four-bedroom home with only one and a half bathrooms. Underutilized hallway closet (28 sq ft) identified as the location for a main-floor powder room. Required plumbing rough-in from scratch.
Our Approach
Converted 28 sq ft closet to full powder room. New plumbing stack, drain, and vent. Vessel sink on floating walnut vanity, floor-to-ceiling geometric tile, backlit mirror, exhaust fan. Everything permitted and inspected.
The Outcome
Passed inspection on first visit. What was dead storage is now the most-commented-on room in the house. The geometric tile makes a major statement for 28 square feet.

“A powder room where a closet used to be. It's the smallest room in the house and the one everyone compliments first. Victor's team handled every single trade.”
We had three kids and guests sharing one full bathroom. This powder room changed our daily life. Victor designed it to feel way bigger than it is — smart layout, right tile choice, perfect.
