Soffit Removed
The Challenge
Galley kitchen from 1994 — laminate counters, oak cabinets, soffit boxes, no island. The family of five needed more prep space, better flow, and updated finishes that matched their renovated living room.
Our Approach
Full gut. Removed soffit boxes to open ceiling height. Custom inset cabinetry in Shaker style painted white. Waterfall edge quartz island (4x8 ft). Subway tile backsplash to ceiling. New hardwood to match existing floors. All appliances specified and installed under one contract.
The Outcome
4 weeks from demo to final walk-through. Custom cabinetry was measured, built, and delivered on schedule. The island alone added 32 sq ft of prep and seating surface.

“The kitchen went from the ugliest room in the house to the most beautiful. Victor's team handled every single thing — we didn't have to coordinate one subcontractor.”
We have five people in this house. A functional kitchen matters. Victor designed a layout that made sense for how we actually cook — not just how it looks in photos. And it looks great in photos too.

“Eight days before the in-laws arrived. The bathroom is completely transformed. They thought we had it done years ago — it looks that complete. Victor delivered exactly on time.”
