The Challenge
Spare bedroom used as informal office — no built-in storage, carpet, poor lighting, single outlet on the wrong wall. Remote worker needed a real productive space.
Our Approach
Removed carpet, installed LVP flooring, built floor-to-ceiling built-in desk and shelving unit with wire management, added 4 recessed lights on dimmer, ran dedicated 20-amp circuit with 6 outlets at desk height.
The Outcome
Eight days and the space went from storage room to a real professional office. The built-in desk is 9 feet wide with full overhead shelving. The dedicated circuit handles two monitors, a laptop dock, and studio lighting without tripping a breaker.
