The Challenge
Mix of 15-year-old carpet, cracked ceramic tile, and worn laminate throughout the first floor. Selling the house in 3 months — needed a complete flooring reset quickly.
Our Approach
Removed all existing floor surfaces (4 types). Installed 1,800 sq ft of LVP in Ash Gray Oak throughout — one continuous floor with no transitions between rooms. Stairs done in matching stair treads and risers.
The Outcome
Six days, zero transitions, one cohesive floor across the whole main level. The realtor said it was the most impactful pre-listing investment they've seen. Home sold above ask in 5 days.
