The Challenge
Builder-grade master bath from 2007 — fiberglass tub, white subway tile, outdated vanity. The clients wanted a complete spa-style transformation without touching the footprint.
Our Approach
Full gut to studs. Installed freestanding soaking tub, large format 24x48 porcelain tile floor and walls, frameless glass shower with rain head, custom double vanity with quartz top, heated floor mat, and new lighting package.
The Outcome
Delivered in 18 working days. The bathroom transformed from dated builder-grade to genuine spa quality. The heated floor gets used daily from October through April.
