The Challenge
Hall bathroom serving three kids — original 1994 builder finishes, tub surround cracking at seams, single vanity too small for morning rush, low-flow toilet from 1998 constantly running.
Our Approach
Replaced tub surround with subway tile to ceiling, installed dual-flush toilet, swapped single 24" vanity for double 60" vanity with two sinks, added recessed medicine cabinet, retiled floor in herringbone penny tile.
The Outcome
Ten working days. The family went from fighting over one sink to having two. The penny tile floor is now the most-photographed detail in the house. Zero issues through the first year.

“Three kids, one bathroom, two sinks now. Victor completely understood the problem and solved it. The penny tile floor was his suggestion — it's the detail everyone mentions when they see it.”
We half-expected him to try to sell us a bigger project. Instead he gave us exactly what we needed for what we could spend. The bathroom works better, looks better, and cost less than we budgeted.

“Eight days before the in-laws arrived. The bathroom is completely transformed. They thought we had it done years ago — it looks that complete. Victor delivered exactly on time.”
“Victor's team treated our home like it was their own. Zero damage to surrounding rooms, zero surprises on the bill. The bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end hotel.”
“People think we did a $60K kitchen remodel. We didn't. We did $18K of surface changes and the result is identical to the eye. Victor told us a reface was the right move and he was right.”
