The Challenge
Existing patio from a previous project but no seating, no fire feature, and no lighting. The homeowners wanted to add a social anchor to an underused space without tearing up the existing patio.
Our Approach
Worked with existing patio. Added 42 linear feet of curved natural ledgestone seating wall (18" seat height), custom rectangular gas fire feature with bluestone cap, and landscape lighting on 3 circuits with smart controller.
The Outcome
Zero disruption to existing patio. The curved wall created a natural gathering space around the fire feature. The lighting system lets them use the space comfortably past midnight.
