House Tracking
The Challenge
Pool property with no outdoor shower — kids tracking chlorinated water and sand through the house constantly. Space between pool and back gate identified for a cedar shower structure.
Our Approach
Built cedar outdoor shower enclosure (6x6), hot and cold supply lines from house, foot rinse station at grade, teak slatted floor panel, and a separate equipment rinse hose bib at fence level.
The Outcome
Five days. The house has stayed dry since installation. The hot water capability was the detail that changed behavior — kids actually use it year-round, not just in summer.
This outdoor shower was completed in Great Falls, VA — Colvin Run. P&L Outdoor Solutions serves homeowners across Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley — including Leesburg, Ashburn, McLean, Sterling, and more.

“The pool tracking problem is gone. Hot water outdoor shower means the kids use it properly every time. Five days, no disruption, exactly what we needed. P&L punches above their weight on these smaller jobs.”
Victor didn't treat a $11K job like it was beneath his time. Same attention, same quality. The cedar shower looks like a spa feature, not a utility addition. We've had it on two home tours.
