The Challenge
Front yard had no defined beds, overgrown foundation shrubs, and a crumbling concrete walkway with no curb appeal. The home was going on the market in 60 days.
Our Approach
Removed old shrubs, installed 120 sq ft of Belgian block edging defining new planting beds, new sod in lawn areas, curated plant palette (boxwood, ornamental grasses, flowering perennials), repoured concrete front walk.
The Outcome
Seven days before photos were taken. The listing agent said the front yard transformation added $15,000–20,000 to the perceived value. Home sold in 4 days at full ask.
This front yard landscaping was completed in Herndon, VA — Sugarland Run. P&L Outdoor Solutions serves homeowners across Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley — including Leesburg, Ashburn, McLean, Great Falls, and more.

“Seven days before photos. The house sold in four days at full asking price. Our agent said the front yard was the reason. Victor and his team did in a week what I couldn't figure out in 3 years.”
Victor didn't just pick pretty plants. He picked plants that photograph well, require almost no maintenance, and survive a Virginia summer with minimal watering. That's the knowledge you're paying for.

“Five days, no drama, exactly what we needed. The walkway to the front door was a bonus we'd been ignoring for years. Victor bundled it in at a price that made total sense.”
