The Challenge
The homeowners had a clear budget ($20–25K) and a clear goal — a quality paver patio and gas fire pit before fall entertaining season. They'd gotten quotes from $18K (no permit, no proper base) to $34K. They needed honesty.
Our Approach
Victor gave them a straightforward scope — 380 sq ft was the right size for the yard, the Anchor Diamond paver was the best value-to-quality for their budget, and gas was the right call over wood for a Purcellville historic district lot. No upsells.
The Outcome
