The Challenge
Unfinished 1,400 sq ft basement used for storage. The family wanted a home theater, wet bar, gym area, and a proper bathroom — all in one project.
Our Approach
Framed, insulated, and drywalled the full 1,400 sq ft. Built dedicated home theater room with acoustic treatment, 120" screen alcove, and 7.1 surround rough-in. Wet bar with quartz top and mini fridge. Full bathroom. Rubber gym flooring in 300 sq ft zone.
The Outcome
Five-week build from concrete slab to move-in ready. Every trade coordinated by P&L — electric, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, cabinetry all done under one contract.
