The Challenge
Flat backyard with no shade or structure — too hot to use in summer, too exposed in rain. The couple entertains frequently and wanted a year-round dining area that feels like an outdoor room.
Our Approach
Installed 16x16 cedar gazebo with metal roof and built-in electrical, surrounded by 700 sq ft of bluestone patio. Ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and outdoor-rated string lights inside the gazebo. French drain around perimeter.
The Outcome
Year-round use from Day 1. The metal roof handles heavy rain without noise issues. The built-in electrical means they run an outdoor heater in winter. Neighbors booked their first event in it before construction was even done.
