The Challenge
HOA required stamped concrete instead of pavers and a pergola under 10ft ridge height. Two contractors refused the job once they saw the restrictions.
Our Approach
We submitted stamped concrete samples in three colors to the HOA with renderings to speed approval. Built an aluminum pergola with cedar-look finish exactly at 9'10" ridge — HOA approved in 12 days.
The Outcome
Delivered on time, under the HOA radar, and the neighbors now want the same thing. Stamped concrete holding perfectly after spring freeze-thaw cycle.
