The Challenge
Rear yard had chain-link from 1988. HOA required a 6ft cedar privacy fence in a specific natural finish — no stain. Posts had to be concrete-set and gated on both sides.
Our Approach
Pulled permits, set 26 concrete footings, installed 210 linear feet of 6ft cedar privacy fence in board-on-board pattern with two double-drive gates and one walk gate. Natural cedar oiled finish meets HOA spec exactly.
The Outcome
Installed in 6 days, passed county inspection, HOA signed off same week. The yard feels completely private for the first time in 20 years.
