The Challenge
Existing 10x12 patio too small for their family. HOA limited structure height to 9'6" and required same paver material as existing.
Our Approach
Extended patio by 320 sq ft using matching Belgard pavers. Added 12x14 aluminum pergola with cedar-look finish at 9'4" ridge. Built-in planter boxes on two sides.
The Outcome
Patio now seats 8 comfortably. HOA approved in 10 days. The aluminum pergola requires zero maintenance and looks identical to cedar.

“The patio match is perfect — you literally cannot tell where the old ends and the new begins. Victor's team did the HOA application themselves. Zero stress for us.”
We'd been putting this off for 3 years because of HOA complexity. Victor handled all of it. We just picked a date and showed up to a finished patio.
